I have a master’s degree in health and physical education and 18 years of experience working with children and adults in a variety of educational environments.
You won’t find a pushy, in-your-face, hard-body drill sergeant here, so if that’s what you think you need, keep on looking. Instead, you’ll find someone who is positive, encouraging, and willing to help you find your own motivation using a variety of techniques. You’ll find someone who will help you outline an appropriate plan to achieve your goals. You will find someone who is faced with many of the same things you face: kids, work, house, endless time sucking events, and a body that was stolen by a 20 year old.
That doesn’t mean I will make excuses for you or allow them from you, it just means I understand when things don’t go as planned, and I can help you find ways to climb over the obstacles that inevitably show up along the path to wellness.
